Those who are interested in working from home must meet specific eligibility criteria and follow the necessary procedural steps to ensure smooth onboarding and performance alignment.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Dedication to Specific Tasks (Part-Time Work From Home):

Candidates applying for part-time Work From Home roles must show strong dedication to the specific tasks assigned to them. Even with limited working hours, maintaining focus, accuracy, and timely completion of duties is essential. Each individual is expected to take full responsibility for their assigned role and contribute effectively to the team's remote operations.

2. Work Hours & Commitment (Part-Time Work From Home):

For part-time Work From Home roles, there are no fixed working hours or overtime provisions. Instead, earnings are purely task-based — the more work completed, the more a candidate can earn. Those opting for part-time positions must commit to working at least 3 hours a day, at any time convenient to them, without restrictions. However, consistency and regularity in task completion are essential to remain eligible for ongoing assignments and payments.

3. Location Flexibility (Work From Home):

Candidates working under the Work From Home model can operate from any corner of India without any geographical limitations. EXAM360 welcomes applicants from all regions, and there are no restrictions based on location, gender, or background. Our remote work structure is designed to offer maximum flexibility while ensuring that committed individuals can contribute effectively, regardless of where they are based.

4. Mandatory Video Training Process (Work From Home):

All candidates applying for Work From Home roles must undergo a mandatory Video Training process. To participate, candidates must have access to an Android mobile phone, as the training is conducted through our mobile-based platform. The training duration is a maximum of 15 days, during which the candidate must complete the joining process, including the Telephonic Interview and Trial Rounds.

Once an application is submitted, the candidate will be assigned to a training phase and will receive an official email containing all necessary guidelines, terms, and conditions. After successfully completing the video training and gaining confidence, candidates can self-schedule their interview rounds either by visiting the support portal at https://support.exam360.in/ or directly through the email received, where a "Schedule Telephonic Rounds" button will be available for easy access.

Joining Process:

1. Application Submission (Online or Optional Branch Visit – Work From Home):

For Work From Home roles, physical verification is not required. Applicants can conveniently fill out and submit their application online without the need to visit any EXAM360 office. However, if any candidate prefers to complete the application process in person, they are welcome to visit the nearest branch office to fill out the form and submit the required documents (ID Proof, Address Proof, Education Certificates, Passport-sized photo, etc.). The entire process is designed to offer flexibility and ease, especially for remote applicants.

2. Document Verification & Background Check:

EXAM360 reserves the right to cross-verify all documents submitted by the applicant at any stage, either before or after joining. If any information is found false, misleading, or disruptive to the work environment, the candidate may be terminated without prior notice, and any pending payment may be held or blocked as per the company’s discretion.

3. Application Review & Department Allocation (Work From Home):

Applications for Work From Home positions are generally reviewed in the order they are received, unless prioritization is required due to urgent staffing needs. Based on internal demands and workload distribution, applicants may be assigned to departments that differ from their preferred roles. However, EXAM360 always strives to match candidates with their chosen positions whenever possible, depending on current availability and suitability.

4. Training Phase (Work From Home):

Once provisionally selected, All applicants will be onboarded for Video-Based Training through our official Android Application. To participate, applicants must have access to an Android smartphone with a stable and fast internet connection to stream and watch the training content smoothly.

Each applicant will be provided with a maximum of 15 days to complete the training. However, applicants are encouraged to complete the training as early as possible. It is mandatory to watch all training videos at least twice to ensure proper understanding and readiness for the next steps

Upon completion, applicants can proceed to schedule their Telephonic Interview Rounds. Please note, it is the applicant's responsibility to self-complete all the required steps within the 15-day timeline.

5. Final Appointment:

Upon successfully clearing the trial period and evaluation process, the candidate will be officially appointed as an "EXAM360 Official Partner". Applicants will receive their own login credentials, enabling them to log in and work anytime, from anywhere.

Important Note:

At the time of application, the candidate must agree to the terms & conditions set forth by EXAM360. Any violation of rules, misconduct, or breach of office discipline may lead to immediate termination and potential blacklisting from future opportunities with EXAM360.

Additional Facilities & Office Support (If Applicable):

Important Alert: Applicants are required to complete the entire process—including training and interview scheduling—within the specified timeline: 15 days for Work From Home and 10 days for Work From Office. Failure to do so will result in the application being automatically rejected. Once an application is auto-rejected, the same applicant cannot reapply using the same name, email address, phone number, or Aadhaar number for up to 180 Days.
However, if the applicant wishes to reactivate their existing training account, they must contact our support team via the ECG Portal and pay the application fee again.

Important Alert: Applicants are required to complete the entire process—including training and interview scheduling—within the specified timeline: 15 days for Work From Home and 10 days for Work From Office. Failure to do so will result in the application being automatically rejected. Important Note Regarding Applications and Selection Process: All applicants applying for any position—whether Work from Home, Work from Office, or any specific role—are hereby informed of the following:

1. Position Availability & Application Review:
If the specific post or position you have applied for is not currently available or if, after reviewing your application, we find that you are not suitable for the applied role, we reserve the right to hold your application for future consideration or to offer you an alternative position. The alternative role may differ from the one you originally applied for.

2. Selection Priority:
In case we receive applications from other candidates whom we consider better suited for the role, we may prioritize them, even if they applied after you.

3. Applicant’s Options:
If we offer you a different role, you may accept the offered position or you may choose to wait until a suitable vacancy matching your original preference becomes available.

4. Agreement to Terms:
If any applicant has objections to the above-mentioned terms, they are strictly advised not to apply.
